Operated by JASAL, a family-owned enterprise led by Jose Antonio Salaverria and his sons, the farm embodies meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality at every stage of production.

In the honey process, perfectly ripened cherries are pulped and then dried with their mucilage intact on clay patios. The beans are carefully turned to ensure even drying, resulting in a coffee with a distinct flavor profile characterized by tropical fruit notes, caramel sweetness, and delicate floral aromas.
